Return Policy
Change of Mind & Faulty Item Returns Policy:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You can request either an exchange or a refund.
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team for return instructions.
For returns due to change of mind or reasons other than a fault with the item, we will issue a refund, but the return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
If the item is faulty, we will cover the return postage cost, up to the amount originally paid to ship the item to you. Please note that, unless agreed otherwise in advance, we do not reimburse costs for Express or Registered post services.
Refunds Under Australian Law:
In Australia, consumers are legally entitled to a refund if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the seller’s description.
Note:
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during delivery. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting the courier company regarding any missing parcels or delivery delays.
If you receive a defective item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at your convenience.
